In our blog from January 19, 2016, we provided information about the “ESTV SuisseTax” portal for electronic submission of VAT statements. With immediate effect, “ESTV SuisseTax” can also be used to refund withholding tax using Form 25. However, this is only possible for legal persons domiciled in Switzerland.
