The requirements on our part are:

  • Completed commercial training, trustee clerk or prospective or completed trustee certificate is an advantage
  • 4 years of professional experience in the fiduciary sector
  • Accurate and independent way of working
  • Analytical and networked thinking skills as well as organizational skills
  • Initiative and decisiveness
  • Communication skills and social skills
  • Stylish German, English an advantage
  • Good IT skills (MS Office, Abacus, Dr. Tax and Vertec)

These tasks include the following areas of activity:

  • Holistic support for SME customers
  • Responsibility and management of the entire bookkeeping of various clients
  • Preparation of interim and annual financial statements
  • Independent handling of payroll accounting
  • Preparation of tax returns for natural and legal persons
  • Creation of VAT statements including VAT reconciliations
  • Administration work (change of seat, liquidations, etc.)
