Fiduciary / Specialist in FRW with VAT and tax affinity (50-100%)

Your your area of responsibility:

  • Holistic support for SMEs and international mandates
  • Overall responsibility and mandate management for finance and accounting
  • Creation of VAT statements including VAT reconciliations
  • Preparation of interim and annual financial statements including budgeting and liquidity planning as well as business evaluations
  • Payroll accounting and social security clarification/advice
  • Preparation of tax returns for natural and legal persons
  • Tax planning / tax advice accompanied by tax experts
  • Company foundations and transformations
  • Succession planning and restructuring
  • Settlement of natural and legal persons via our international network incl. Fiscal representation with cross-border issues
  • Support with national and cross-border VAT and tax advice

Your profile:

  • Completed further training as a fiduciary with a federal certificate. Specialist certificate or specialist in FRW
  • Experience in the field of VAT and tax consulting for nat. and jur. People
  • Several years of sound professional experience in the fiduciary sector
  • Confident German and English, both spoken and written
  • Technically competent, communicative and personable personality as well as independent and precise way of working

Certified Fiduciary expert (50-100%)

  • Accompaniment of national and cross-border strategic planning
  • Perform limited audits (optional)

Your profile:

  • Completed advanced training to become a federal Certified Fiduciary expert
  • Several years of sound professional experience in the fiduciary sector
  • Ideally a licensed auditor / RAB auditor (optional)
  • Professional experience as an auditor (optional)
  • Confident German and English, both spoken and written
  • Technically competent, communicative and personable personality as well as independent and precise way of working
